Transitional Employment

Transitional Employment is a unique aspect to Clubhouse employment. TE’s are a 6-9 month postion that is managed by the Clubhouse and hosted by a business. The member is paid by the employer, but is trained and covered by the the Clubhouse staff if absent for mental or physical health. Lighthouse currently has three TE placements. Two at Department of Mental Health and one at Burger King. If you own a business or know someone who does and would like to participate in this program please reach out to the Lighthouse!
